0. Terms of Use

0. Unless otherwise stated, all works uploaded by nanameme (also known as 이이름름) are owned by nanameme and are protected under All Rights Reserved.
0. In these Terms of Use, 'bot card files' (png or charX) used in AI chat frontends are referred to as 'bot cards', and 'module files' (json, risum, etc.) made exclusively for RisuAI are referred to as 'modules'.
0. Violating any of the terms below constitutes unauthorized use, and legal action may be taken accordingly.

1. Permitted Uses

0. All of the following are permitted without requiring separate inquiry.
1. Non-commercial, personal use, modification, alteration, and remixing of bot cards.
2. Redistribution by third parties of deleted bot cards, limited to non-public locations (e.g. comments on request threads rather than standalone posts) and within a limited time period.
2-1. Credit to the original author must be provided.
3. Distribution of entirely different bot cards or modules inspired by nanameme's bot cards or modules.
3-1. Not required, but please note that the work was inspired by nanameme's works.

2. Prohibited Uses

0. All of the following are prohibited under any circumstances.
1. Commercial use.
1-1. Prohibited in any and all forms, including but not limited to: use for promotional purposes for paid services; use on partially paid platforms where uploading does not generate direct revenue but earns in-site currency such as points, etc.
2. Redistribution by third parties of bot cards that have not been deleted.
2-1. This includes redistribution in non-public locations.
2-2. Redistribution is prohibited even if minor modifications have been made.
3. Redistribution by third parties of deleted bot cards in public locations (RisuRealm, ChubAI, etc.), or permanent redistribution by third parties in non-public locations.
4. Posting by third parties on public AI chat sites (c.ai, Zeta, Caveduck, Lofan AI, etc.) or Community sites excluding Arcalive (DC Inside, Ruliweb, Ilbe, FMKorea, 여성시대, Naver Cafe, etc.).
5. False copyright claims by third parties regarding the works, including impersonation of the original author.
6. Redistribution of all deleted modules.
6-1. Prohibited in any and all forms, including but not limited to: permanent redistribution by third parties, redistribution in non-public locations, etc.
6-Exception. In the case of the emoji status display, redistribution including modification and alteration is permitted; however, redistribution of the original form is subject to the above clauses.

3. Conditional Permission — Inquiry Required

0. The following items assume that permission has been granted through inquiry, and are prohibited without separate inquiry even if the conditions below are met.
1. Redistribution of bot cards by third parties with significant modifications or adaptations that are not malicious and do not severely damage the original work.
1-1. Examples of malicious or severely damaging modifications: modifications with political or religious intent, destruction of existing character identity, etc.
1-2. Examples of significant modifications: adding bot card asset images, translating into another language, adapting for use on frontends other than RisuAI, etc.
2. Separate use of regex scripts, trigger scripts, lorebooks, global note overrides, background embeddings, etc. that are included only in specific bot cards.
2-1. Bot descriptions, images, additional assets, first messages, example dialogues, and additional descriptions are excluded.

These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time. These Terms of Use apply to all works at all times, and updated terms take precedence. The time at which you accessed a work does not constitute grounds for exemption from liability. Additionally, the previous Terms of Use are no longer in effect.
Anything not explicitly stated in these Terms of Use is assumed to be prohibited. For uses not covered here, please inquire separately.
